What Is A Coach?

A coach is that person that is going to offer you the support that you need and are striving for to build your online business or whatever you may need.  The coach will provide you with support which will lead you into taking the action in achieving the goals that you set for your business or personal life.  It is the coaches task to lead the individual into setting small, realistic goals and attaining them.

A successful coach will help the client explore their inner thoughts and feelings.  This will lead to the discovery of the hidden tools that are within the client themselves that will actually lead to positive outcomes and aide them to ultimate success in their search.

The Client-Coach Relationship

If their is going to be a successful outcome then a bond will be created between the coach and client.  The client must be at ease and in a comfort zone.  Trust is a major part of this relationship.  The client will never reach that comfort level unless they can totally trust the coach so they can let their guard down and the coach is able to get beyond the barriers that have been built.

This relationship is unlike any normal friendship, the client is always the main focus and the coach spends every second of their time together helping the client realize and maybe even redefine their potential.  This relationship is only working as long as a safe haven has been created for the client.  It is crucial for the client to feel like they can explore and talk about feelings, decisions, new ideas, past failures, fear of failure as well as success, and anything else  imaginable.  They must know that the coach will not judge them in anyway.

Successful Outcome 

Is a successful outcome really possible?  Of course it is!  Think about it, we go to psychlogist, psychiatrist, counsel, and the list goes on.  A professional coach has a Code of Ethics that is the foundation to their training just like a doctor has to practice by.  So be assured, whatever is said to your coach, stays with your coach.

The client has the key role in this relationship and must realize they must do the following:

-first, choose to seek a coach

-have the willingness to succeed

-be dedicated to whatever it takes to reach their goals

-realize that they are the one doing all the work

-open up completely to the coach

If the client can do the above, then the coach will guide them successfully.  The Coaching Formula must be followed by both, the coach and the client,  This will lead to a successful outcome to all involved.

  For me it began with a strong desire to want a better life.  I was tired of working the family business that my parents built.  I always felt the obligation to help them see their dreams through, after all…look at what they had done for me.

Where It All Begins

Location Has Absolutely Nothing To Do With Your Success In Network Marketing

Many failing network marketers blame their failure on their location, actually believing that the location of their home has a direct impact on their network marketing success or lack of success.

Network marketers who live in small populations complain that they can’t build a business in that area because they don’t have enough people to talk to about their products, services, or business opportunities they offer through their company.  They claim that if they were in a larger population they would have a successful business.

On the other hand, if you talk with the network marketers that live in the large populated areas you would find that they feel the same, only that their problem is that the population is to large.  They will tell you that people are skeptical about business opportunities and that they can’t find enough prospects to look at their opportunities.  They are sure they could succeed in a smaller population.

It doesn’t stop there though.  Network marketers use other reasons for their lack of success, such as the low income of the population won’t allow prospects to afford the opportunity, or the higher income indiduals just don’t need the opportunity because they already live the good life.  This cycle goes on and on, never ending!

This is the facts though, it really doesn’t matter where you build your business.  Third world countries have very successful network marketers despite the average household incomes ranging around $300 to $500 a month.  As for the upper class, you know those guys who already have it all, they have network marketers building huge businesses with several distributors in their organizations who already earn six and seven figure incomes outside of network marketing.  Because no matter how much a person earns, they always think there is a better way and just maybe they are right.

So face it…your area is only an excuse that you are allowing to hold you back.  Stop believing that lie and begin building a successful network marketing business.

Today we are living in the age of sharing information, from place to place and culture to culture, the the use of the internet.  this has given network marketers the power to operate their business from literally anywhere in the world and have huge success.

So, stop the excuses!  Either make the committment to build your network marketing business in your area or find an area you are comfortable with.  Then use the power of the internet to build it ther never letting small excuses beat you out of big opportunities.

What is Advertising?

Advertising is making both repeat customers and potential new customers aware of an individual product or service that you’re selling.  Each advertising plan targets a single product (or service).  The advertising of every product or service is unique.  Advertising is in many forms:

* commercials

*newspaper and magazine ads

*emails

*brochures

*Flyers

*cold calls to potential clients (word of mouth)

What is Marketing?

Marketing is a broader range of activities for a product or service.  Activities involved in marketing a product include:

 *Research

*Advertising

*Sales

*Public relations

*Customer service and satisfaction

Marketing also targets one product or service, but it’s much more technicial than simply advertising a product.  Here’s a look at the different aspects of marketing.

1. Research

Research is very important to effectively market a product or service.  Here are some questions to ask:

Who are the potential customers for my product?

What do those potential customers want and need and can I provide it?

What are my potential customers willing to pay?

Who are my competitors, and what are their strengths and weaknesses?

How can I strengthen the competitors weakness?

What can I do that my competitors can’t? (What’s my niche?)

2.  Advertising

Use your research to create your advertising campaign for your product or service. Make sure you keep the above points in mind, showing the answers in your campaign!

3. Sales

Making sales of your products or services is self-explanatory. If you’ve done your research and created an effective advertising campaign, you will begin to see sales from those efforts. But there’s more work to be done in your marketing campaign.

4. Public Relations

This is your ongoing relationship with the public, and continuous promotion of your business so that people view you in a positive light. This can be done through press releases and the other methods you have used to promote your business.

You can also go straight to the public by becoming more involved in your community through public service projects.

5. Customer Service and Satisfaction

Once you have developed a relationship with an individual and they become your customer you do not want to jeopardize that relationship. Keep them informed with all upcoming sales and events. Do a survey and find out how you are doing in the eyes of a customer. When customers come to you with complaints or questions, make sure you’re there for them and attend to the complaint or answer their questions immediately. This will strengthen the relationship and head off potential problems in the future.

As you can see advertising and marketing are not the same thing. Advertising is just one aspect of your overall marketing plan. The two should go hand-in-hand to help you better meet the needs of your customers and create unlimited sales potentials for you!.

I am a member of a fantastic group with superb training that keeps me highly informed on many things, one being what is needed to operate effectively online.  I was recently attending some of this great training via the website back office videos and came across a training section, Email Marketing.  As luck would have it, right there in the first video tutorial…Autoresponders!

If you plan on keeping up with and continually promoting to your list then you bet it is!  I don’t know about you but I plan on having a huge, huge list since most networkers know that the fortune lies in the list!  To promote to those prospects then it is essential that you relate to them and go to where you first attracted them.  The autoresponder keeps up with that and works for you even while you are sleeping or away on that great vacation.  It is an essential tool for properly taking care of and solving problems for your lists!

Almost four years ago I ran across a little book called “Building On A Budget” by none other than Mike Dillard.  This book changed the course of my training forever…I just didn’t realize it at that time.  I continued to struggle but not as much as I had been.  I must say though, if I had of followed the directions in the book the way it said to I would have achieved success about 3 years sooner.

Ok, so you may be asking “just what do these mega social sites mean to you and your career in networking.” All I need to say to that is to just log into

I tweet on twitter everyday and am proud to have that cute little bird on my computer. I have met some remarkable people on twitter and I am creating a great list of followers and isn’t that what we all want? It wasn’t always this way though. When I first signed up on twitter I didn’t have a clue what to do.  Luckily a few months ago I began to train with a leader who taught me the right way to use this magnificent tool and I will share that with you.

OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH TWITTER

When you do sign up please remember the importance of branding yourself.  There are rules to go by and please be sure to read those rules and abide by them.  Please remember, you don’t just pitch, pitch, pitch. As a matter of fact, after several months of being a faithful tweeter, I still do not talk about the MLM that is a part of my life.  That comes later after I build relationships and show just what kind of leader I am.   Here is a few pointers on what to do and what not to do:

The first thing you will want to do is go to http://twitter.com and sign up. 

* Follow people that are in your niche market- especially those that are new to it and are looking for a leader.

* When an someone follows you be nice and follow back- this is a really fast way to start Increasing your followers-shows you’re serious.                

* When you follow someone ALWAYS leave a message- chances are they will message you back.

* Got something of value to offer…then please share it- that is what it is all about, helping others help themselves.( You Will Shine).

 * Remember, you only have 140 characters to work with, so be precise and to the point.

* When you get a direct message then direct back to it- this is a fast way to get your link noticed by leaders that you may have missed.

* Once again, please do not pitch your business to everyone all the time…THIS IS SPAM.

 THE WORLD OF TWITTER

The world of twitter is huge and there are so many pointers to share that I could write a book (Not a bad idea for a free give-a-way), but for the sake of this blog I just wanted to give you a boost in the right direction.

Twitter and many of its followers have developed tools to help us keep up with our followers and what is going on in twitter world. I will do a follow-up to this blog after I research the tools of twitter and then give you the ups and downs of each. So until next time I want to see you all tweeting on TWITTER!

However, there are opportunities that are life changing if you are ready to do the work to earn it!  When I joined the MLM company that I am with      I had finally found what I was desperately looking for.  I was on my way, I had already beat the odds with building a small downline but I had ran out of my warm market and I knew that I had to find a way to build a business online.

BUILDING YOUR BUSINES ONLINE

I knew that I had to build my business through a cold market.  I have always been uncomfortable calling leads so I was in search of a new way of building my business.  I searched the internet extensively and finally ran across a book  that litterly opened my eyes to network marketing.  I finally learned the BIGGEST secret of all to building a MLM downline…PEOPLE JOIN PEOPLE NOT OPPORTUNITIES!!!

It was time to make a big change in my marketing strategies.  It was time to get Attraction Power!  Attraction power is one of the fastest growing online marketing stategies today.  Everyone knows that it is a lot easier to get someone to join your busines if you have built a trust, a friendship.  Branding yourself is crucial to any online marketing attempt.  So you ask yourself, “how do I brand myself”?  It is a lot easier than you think!  There are several things that you need to do to get “YOU” out there in cyberspace.

I was aware of a few things to get my business online but I just didn’t really know what order to go in or what steps to connect together.  Or at least not until I started training under a remarkable leader in MLM that had her own business on autopilot through network marketing and she tells all in her new book.  In this book you will find answers to  questions that you, like all other networkers ask at one time or another.  To get you started to building “YOU” online these steps are essential:

*building a list is the most important thing you will ever do in your career-    it  is Essential

*you must buy a domain that refers to “YOU”. Make sure  your keywords are in this domain, or use your actual name(remember people join people not companies!)    

*write blogs- create a wordpress blog, a squidoo lense,  an ezine article (this list can be endless so my next post will cover the ways to get your blog out there and at the top of the search engines)

*you will need a nice, catchy capture page leading to your blog-(you must capture the readers information in order to build that lists!)

*always, always, always offer something of value to your readers- such as f*ree ebooks, great advice and tips, free training (anything of value!)

YES YOU MUST WORK AT IT BUT IT IS FUN WORK

My dad always told me that if you want to go far in this life that you would have to work at it and he was absolutely right.  But what he didn’t tell me is that it can be rewarding and fun doing this type of work!  So the thing for you to do is get lazer focused and purchase your very own domain name.  Start putting content up on your very own blog to which that domain is linked.  In no time you will be driving traffic to your very own list!

So, the next time you hear someone ask this question, “Why can’t I get someone to join my opportunity?”  Just look at them and say, “people don’t join opportunities, they join people!”

Your First Steps To Success

Just what is it that is so powerful, so influential, that you have decided that you want a life changing experience?  Network Marketing is great for many things for many people.  Will you be one of those…I truly hope so but it is going to a lot of work (fun work!) to reach that goal.  It will require some personal development skills and I have many leaders to share with you things that can help change the way you approach the aspects of this business and your mindset.  It can be done though and I would like to help train you how. 

The first thing that I was told when I entered into network marketing is that I had to have a “WHY” so big and so meaningful that it would make me cry!!!   So right now decide what your why is!  Why do you want to succeed, why do you want a home based business, why do you need to be above average, why do you want to make a huge income?  Trust me, your “WHY” will be the reason you will succeed! 

Take a notepad and list your whys down.  Make several list and place them in a place where you will see them throughout the day, being sure to place one next to the computer.  Place a list where you are the most.  It is a powerful reminder and when things get tough that list will keep you going!!!
